About Me

Public speaking used to scare the hell out of me. It still does sometimes, but I’ve learned how to work with the fear instead of against it.

With a master’s in Communication Studies and six years of experience teaching, coaching, and competing, I’ve helped students, professionals, and debate competitors sharpen their voices and speak with purpose. I teach public speaking, resume writing, interviewing, and the human skills that make people both hirable and memorable.

Each week, I coach collegiate debate, giving students feedback, persuasion strategies, and breaking down who won and why. We’re a family of speech and debate nerds! Even our beagle, Oliver, has learned the power stance.

I believe in creating safe spaces for growth, challenging traditional classroom norms, and helping people find their voice in a noisy world.
